Sammi completed her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Psychological Sciences at Bond University. Sammi went on to complete her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with the Colleague of Law in 2018. She was later admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of South Australia prior to being admitted to the High Court of Australia. Sammi has previously had experience with the Department of Public Prosecutions before moving into criminal defence in Adelaide, South Australia. Sammi worked primarily as a criminal and family lawyer throughout this time gaining valuable experience in the industry.
She has experience working in city, regional, and rural courts throughout the duration of her career. Sammi has worked as a family lawyer working in parenting and property disputes, mediations and in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia supporting her clients through difficult situations with professionalism, empathy and compassion. She also works as a domestic violence duty lawyer and has gained valuable experience and knowledge in these fields. Sammi’s studies in psychology provide additional insight into these areas and the difficulties faced by her clients throughout the process. Sammi is passionate about criminal, traffic and family law and provides a frank and comprehensive approach to the law.
